Bulk Edit Registration Actions
Following bulk edit registration actions are available under Advance Search
Update Contacts
Update Site
Update Team
Prerequisites:
Only registered appliances will be available for performing bulk actions.
If you are general internal user, you need to be part of the team that manages the appliance.
To use the bulk actions,
- Log in to System Health Insight and navigate to Advanced Search
- Filter by Appliance Family or Appliance Model
- Check the box next to UID and click the kebab menu in the blue ribbon.
To update contacts,
- Click Update Contacts.
- List of contacts will appear as per your assigned permissions. Review the list and click Next.
- Select an action from the available options and click Next.
- Read the information in the pop-up, select the desired options, and click Next.
- On the confirmation screen, review the details and click Yes.
- Selected contacts will be updated.
To update sites,
- Click Update Site.
- List of appliances will appear as per your assigned permissions.
- Read the message and note on the screen, review the list, and click Next.
- Select the site from the drop-down, click Apply to all and click Submit.
- Review the appliances on the confirmation pop-up and click Yes.
- Site details will be updated for the selected appliances.
To update teams,
- Click Update Team
- List of appliances will appear as per your assigned permissions.
- Read the message and note on the screen, review the list, and click Next.
- Select the Team Name from the drop-down and click Submit.
- Review the appliances on the confirmation pop-up and click Yes.
During the update process, click Previous to go back to the last screen.
