Veritas System Health Insights for Appliance Fleet Management

Veritas System Health Insights is a SaaS-based global appliance monitoring and insights portal that delivers telemetry-driven information to help you understand the health and operational state of your appliances in production. It offers key insights and recommendations driven by Veritas Predictive Insights, such as a consolidated system reliability score, storage trends and forecasts, and predictive and prescriptive recommendations.

System Health Insights also enables support and sales teams to consolidate customer appliance install base information, entitlement information, and ties in telemetry data to show a comprehensive view of a customer's appliance health, support state, and capacity usage. The support teams can extend assistance in monitoring customers' storage environment and suggest proactive measures to avoid undesirable situations.

Some of the key features and benefits of System Health Insights include:
