Prerequisites
Enable the Call Home feature on the appliance using the Shell command prompt or the web console.
For more information, refer to the Enabling and disabling Call Home from the appliance shell menu and Enabling and disabling Call Home from the NetBackup Appliance Web Console sections in the AutoSupport Reference Guide.
Make sure that the connection to AutoSupport servers is not blocked by the firewall within your network.
Use the Google Chrome or the Mozilla Firefox browsers to access System Health Insights.
