Common actions on the Appliance List
Following are the common actions you can perform on the appliance list table:
Open Appliance Overview in a new browser tab by right clicking on the UID
Open Customer Dashboard in a new browser tab by right clicking on the Account Name.
Click Display Columns drop-down to customize the appliance list, by adding or removing desired columns to the view. The drop-down has been grouped based on the categories.
You can export the appliance data in Excel format for offline viewing or to share with other stakeholders. The exported data contains only those columns that you have selected to be displayed in the appliance list view. Ensure to add or remove columns to the list view as per requirement, before exporting the data.
To export the data for the entire list of appliances, click Export at the top of the appliance list table. The Excel file gets downloaded.
To export the data for the specific appliances, select one or more appliances and then click Export Appliance List from the kebab menu appearing at the top of the list. The Excel file gets downloaded.
You can export the appliance EEB data in Excel format. The exported data contains the list of appliance serial number selected and EEBs installed on each appliance respectively.
