Common functions in System Health Insights
Click the user profile icon at the top-right corner to view your profile and sign in information. You can exit the System Health Insights portal anytime by clicking Sign out. You will then be redirected to the NetInsights console.
You can access the System Health Insights User Documentation and link to the Veritas Support from the Help icon at the top-right corner.
The application switcher (stacked dots icon) on the top-right bar allows switching to the NetInsights console or the Smart Meter portal, as required.
The search icon located on the top bar allows you to quickly start a new basic search from any screen. The global search bar is static and always remains accessible throughout the portal, if you have the access to the appliances.
System Health Insight has introduced Resource Centre, which will host short informative videos to assist the customers. These videos will have information about the console, features, and the recommended ways to use them. To open the Resource Center, click ? from the top ribbon.
Click the magnifying glass located on the top-right side to expand the search bar, and follow the directions described in the Basic Search section.
