Call Home status
The Call Home Status card provides an aggregate count of all appliances associated with your team, divided into the systems that have called home in the last 28 hours and those that have not called home in the same time period.
Call Home Status for an appliance is defined by whether the system has transmitted an inventory package to the AutoSupport Server within the last 28 hours, as expected.
This is to help you focus on the systems that may not be reporting AutoSupport data in an expected timely manner, which can affect certain functions and services of the portal for those systems.
Click the color keys next to the bar chart to exclude or include the data for a specific status.
Click the color segments on the donut chart to open the corresponding filtered list in the Appliance List tab.
Refer to Appliance List tab for details.
If you want to know which appliances belong to a certain state, click the bar and you will be redirected to the Appliance List page. In this case, Critical was clicked in the bar chart, so Call Home Status filter is set to CRITICAL by default.
