Saved Queries and Favorites
The Saved Queries and Favorites tab allows you to manage your saved and favorite queries, and query dashboards. The icons appearing prior to the query name indicate the type of records the query is for, such as a query for the account dashboard, or for an advanced search dashboard.
Note:
You can not edit or delete your 'My Query Dashboard', but you can favorite or un-favorite it, and change its favorite order.
You can perform the following actions under this tab:
Search the queries: Enter a full or partial query name in the search bar and press Enter key or click the magnifying glass icon to filter the results containing the search text.
Open the queries: Click on an individual query name to open the corresponding query dashboard or select multiple queries and click Open from the options appearing at the top of the list to open multiple query dashboards.
Bulk selecting and opening the queries does not open them at once in different tabs, but only the first dashboard is opened. The others are recorded as activities in the Activity History on the left sidebar.
Then you can click on the desired activity to open the corresponding results or dashboard.
Delete the queries: Click Delete in the kebab menu appearing on the far-right side of a query record to delete a single query.
You can also bulk-delete the queries by selecting multiple queries from the list and clicking Delete from the options appearing at the top of the list.
Add or remove the favorites: Click the star icon for the queries that you want to mark as favorites. Favorite queries will be quickly accessible from the Favorites list in the Activity History menu. Any new favorite query is automatically assigned the next order number in the list. You can deselect the star icon to un-favorite a query to remove it from the Favorites list in the Activity History. My Query Dashboard as favorite by default..
Change the favorite order: The Favorite Order column displays the order in which the queries have been favorite originally. You can change this order by assigning a new number to a query, which will also change its order in the way it appears in the Activity History.
Copy the query link: Click the Copy icon to copy the query link and share with other users, or open in a new tab, as required.
