System Reliability Score
The System Reliability Score (SRS) is an interactive card that provides an at-a-glance view of the current calculated System Reliability Score, as determined by the Veritas Predictive Insights Engine. It displays the score and severity of the score indicated by specific colors.
The SRS scores are rated as:
Poor - from 0 to 69
Okay - from 70 to 84
Good - from 85 to 94
Excellent - from 95 to 100
For more information, refer to Understanding the System Reliability Scores (SRS) .
A spark line is also provided to visualize how the score has fluctuated over the last 30 days. Click on the sparkline to open the Recommendations tab where you can view the SRS trend and recommendations in detail to mitigate the risks and improve the SRS.
Refer to Recommendations on the Appliance Dashboard.
