Call Home Status
The Call Home Status card indicates when an appliance last called home. It presents a relative status icon and timestamp of the last known inventory transmission. If the system is clustered, the Call Home Status indicates how many nodes within the cluster have called home within the last 28 hours.
Call home data types considered for status definitions are as follows:
- Inventory
- Telemetry
- Configuration type of telemetry (not available for older models/versions and NBA)
- Call Home test event or any event.
Call Home status and definitions are as follows:
Status | Definition |
---|---|
All Okay | First 3 types received in last 28 hours. For NBA: First 2 types received in last 28 hours. |
Fair | At least one of the 4, but not all of first 3 received in last 28 hours. For NBA: At least one of the 4, but not all of first 2 received in last 28 hours. |
Varied | The cluster exhibits a varied status, with child nodes reporting All Okay, fair, warning, risk, critical or unknown as call home status. |
Warning | None of the 4 received in the last 28 hours. |
Risk | None of the 4 received in the last 7 days. |
Critical | None of the 4 received in the last 14 days. |
Unknown | Never received any kind of telemetry. |
The call home card presents a relative status icon and timestamp of the last transmission. For clustered system, the card indicates how many nodes within the cluster have called home within the last 28 hours.
