Marking the activities as Favorites

There are two aspects to marking the activities as favorites:

  • For basic searches that retrieve the account or appliance dashboards as results, you can simply click the favorite icon on the activity records.

  • For advanced searches, you must save the activities as queries to favorite them. Follow the steps as described:

    • In the Activity tab, click the favorites icon for any advanced search that you want to mark as favorite.

    • In the Save as a Query dialog box that opens, enter a query name and description (optional), and then click Save to finish marking the advanced search as a favorite.

      The saved and favorited activities can then be accessed from the Preferences menu as well.
