Assigning users to an existing role
When you assign users to an existing role, the users inherit permissions from that role. You may have to assign users to an existing role when you hire new employees or when employees are given new responsibilities.
To assign users to an existing role
- From the Velocity Cloud Console, in the left pane, click Roles.
- Click Edit next to the role to which you want to add users.
- In the Select Users view, in the Available Users column, click + next to each user to which you want to assign this role.
- When you have finished making changes, click Save.
