Deleting database copies

You can delete database copies from the Velocity Cloud Console if you no longer need them. After you delete a database copy from the Velocity Cloud Console, you cannot use it to create a new sandbox. However, the database copy is still available for use in any sandboxes in which it already existed.

To reclaim additional storage space, you can also delete any sandboxes that are no longer in use.

To delete database copies from Velocity

From the Velocity Cloud Console, in the left pane, click Database Sources.
Click Details next to the database source from which the database copies were created.
Click Copies, and then click Delete next to the database copy that you want to delete.
Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete this database copy.
