Sandbox creation may take longer than usual on Oracle Database 12c

Issue

Sandbox creation may take longer than usual.

Solution

Oracle patch 19404068 is required on the server that runs Oracle Database 12c where the database is set up from the sandbox. This patch fixes an Oracle bug that is related to the 'RECOVER DATABASE' command that is used when a database is set up from a sandbox.

Ensure that your Oracle Database server is up-to-date with the most recent patches.
