To forward an archived message

1. In the message list, select an archived message.
2. Do one of the following:

   • In the message toolbar, click Forward.

   • Right-click the message then click Forward.

   Note:

   These options are hidden if your administrator makes the Forward action unavailable.

3. In the new message tab, enter the email addresses of the message recipients in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields.
4. If you want to attach a file to your message, click Attach a file and select the file.

   Note:

   Attachments of up to 4 MB can be included in an email.

5. Click Send.
