Viewing archived messages

You can view any message that is listed in your Insight Personal Archive message list.

To view archived messages

  • Do any of the following:

    • If your Insight Personal Archive page layout has two horizontal panes, select a message in the message list to view the message in the lower pane.

      You can then click Previous or Next in the message toolbar to view the adjacent messages.

      You can change the Insight Personal Archive page layout from the Settings menu.

      See Configuring the Insight Personal Archive settings.

    • To display a message in a new tab, double-click the message in the message list, or right-click the message and click Open.
