When you click the
link in an Outlook or Outlook Web Access item, it opens in a new browser window. This browser window is the Enterprise Vault Search reading pane. You can use the toolbar at the top of the window to open the full Enterprise Vault Search, or perform actions on the item.The buttons that are visible depend on the item type and how your administrator has set up Enterprise Vault.
The following actions are available in the toolbar:
. Opens Enterprise Vault Search so that you can search for archived items. | |
. Depending on your browser settings, one of the following may happen:

. Moves the item to a different archive or folder. When you click Folder Selection dialog box opens. You can then select the destination folder or mailbox to which you want to move the item. and then , theDepending on how your administrator has set up Enterprise Vault, moving an item may change the retention category of the item. | |
. Copies the item to the Restored Items folder of your mailbox. | |
. Deletes the archived item from the archive. | |
. Opens this Help topic. | |
| . Hides the item header details. |
. Shows the item header details. | |
. Shows any buttons that may be hidden from view. |
