Turning search suggestions off or on
Enterprise Vault Search suggests items, folders, names, saved searches, or previous searches that contain the text that you type in the search pane. You can turn off suggestions using the option in the Preferences dialog box. You can clear the suggestions list by deleting the cache in your web browser. If you run Enterprise Vault Search on multiple devices, the suggestions lists vary based on the actions that you perform on each device.
To turn search suggestions off or on
- Click your user name at the top right of Enterprise Vault Search.
- Click Preferences.
- At the left of the Preferences dialog box, click Suggestions.
- Select or clear Enable suggestions.
