Explanation: The media server process is unable to copy a file to the remote host.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Ensure that the bpcd service is running in the remote host and it has connectivity to the media server.
Ensure that NetBackup is properly installed.
Confirm that recent backups ran successfully.
Run a test backup.
Confirm that the version of NetBackup being upgraded is supported.
Verify that the transfer file exists and has the proper permissions.
Identify the file being transferred by reviewing the
admin
logs on the server and thenbinstallagent
logs on the target host.Confirm that the file exists in its expected location and that the source and the destination locations have appropriate permissions.
