NetBackup status code: 3252
Explanation: Failed to run Cassandra Query Language Shell command.
The possible cause of this issue include the following:
The Cassandra Username and or Password might be invalid.
The cluster node might be down.
The permissions that are set on the script home directory are incorrect.
The firewall on the cluster nodes port is not open.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Verify the Cassandra Username and Password that are provided in the application configuration file for the specified Cassandra cluster and its associated entries are correct.
Verify the Cassandra node status. All nodes on the data staging server and the production cluster should be up and running.
Verify that the firewall settings on the cluster nodes are correct. Port 7000/9042 should be open.
