Explanation: This issue can happen if the bp.conf
file has the following issues:
The file is not located in
install_path/openv/netbackup
.The file is corrupted.
The NetBackup service user does not have permission to edit the file.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Verify that the
bp.conf
file is present atinstall_path/openv/netbackup
location and the service user has permission to modify.You can also add the
CCT_IS_HOST_CONFIGURED=YES
entry manually and try the configuration operation again.
