Explanation: The track journal has the backup ID in the header section. A corrupt track journals or a missing backup ID in the header can cause this issue.
Recommended Action:
To address the issue, perform the following:
Rename the appropriate track journal folder on client:
install_path\Veritas\NetBackup \track\<media_server>\<storage_server>\<client>\<policy>
Perform a new full backup.
