NetBackup status code: 8438
Explanation: For the load balancer service, the external IP address is not assigned. The external IP address is used to access the application from outside the cluster.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Check the service events for a detailed message using the following command:
kubectl describe <service-name> -n <namespace>
The resourcePrefixName provided for the primary and or media servers section in environment CR YAML must be unique. If it is not unique, update the respective section in the YAML, delete the environment CR, and apply it again.
Verify the provided IP address and hostname FQDN are already created. Also, verify that they correctly used if mentioned in the ipList under the networkLoadBalancer in the primary and the media servers section in the environment CR YAML. For more details refer to the load balancer service section in the NetBackup Deployment on Azure Kubernetes Cluster (AKS) Administrator's Guide.
