Configuring Information Map users
On the Application Users page, you can add new user accounts and manage the user properties.
You must assign the appropriate role(s) to configured user accounts to enable them to install and register the Information Map Agent.
To configure application users
- Log on to Information Map using your user credentials.
- In Information Map, click Administration > Application Users.
- On the New Application User panel, enter the Display name and the Email address of the user. Enter the email address that was used to create your user account.
Note:
Ensure email address is all lower case only. (Known issue)
- Select the check box to assign a role to the user account.
Note that the user who is designated to install the Information Map Agent must be assigned theInformation Map configuration role.
The user must create a user account, using their email address as their username.
