Downloading items
You can save an item from the archive to a location on your local computer using the option. You can download only one item at a time.
To download items
- Do one of the following:
Select the item in the results pane toolbar, and click the Download button in the reading pane toolbar or right-click the item, and then select Download.
Depending on your browser settings, one of the following may happen:
The item opens in a separate window.
The item is saved to the download location that is specified in the browser.
You can view the item by opening it from the download location.
The File Download dialog box opens.
Click either Open or Save.
You can view the item by selecting Open.
