Moving a folder
Within Exchange and Internet Mail archives, you can move folders that you previously created. You can move folders using the Folder Selection dialog box or a drag-and-drop operation.
Note:
Your administrator must configure Enterprise Vault Search to allow you to move folders. Even then, you cannot move any retention folders that you administrator has added to your archives. In the sidebar of Enterprise Vault Search, retention folders have the following icon to distinguish them from standard archive folders:
To move a folder
- Select the folder in the sidebar.
- Right-click the folder and select Move folder.
The Folder Selection dialog box opens.
- Select the folder into which you want to move the folder and click OK.
