Filtering results by type in the results pane

You can display items of a specific type using the Show option. The Show option is not available when you view the calendar or a Domino archive.

To filter results by type in the results pane

  1. Run a search or select a folder to populate the results pane with some items.

    The Show option is set by default to All items. The Show option is above the columns of the results pane.

  2. Click Show.

    A drop-down list of options appears.

  3. Select the item type that you want to list in the results pane.

    The results pane shows only the item type you selected and all the other items are hidden.
