Limitations

On Microsoft Windows 10, certain icons may disappear on the Information Map interface when viewed from Internet Explorer. Windows 10 includes a Block Untrusted Fonts feature which stops Internet Explorer from loading untrusted fonts (third-party fonts that are not installed in the %windir%/Fonts folder). Turning on this feature may cause the icons in Information Map interface to disappear as they are font icons from the third-party Font Awesome toolkit.

For information on the Block Untrusted Fonts feature, and guidelines on how to stop it from being applied to selected applications, see the following article on the Microsoft website:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/windows/keep-secure/block-untrusted-fonts-in-enterprise

Note:

You may experience this issue on Internet Explorer. Other browsers running on Windows 10 are not affected by the Block Untrusted Fonts feature.
