About department-level archives

Department-level archives management covers including and excluding enterprise vault archives that Veritas Surveillance uses to search for items. For example, there may be archives that you want to exclude from any searches because they contain irrelevant material.

You must have the Configure Department Properties permission to view the Archives tab on the Department node and manage the department-level archives.
