About reviewer assignment
Every department collects review items through searches and sampling. These items need to be assigned to reviewers for proper evaluation and processing. The
feature allows you to distribute review items among reviewers associated with a department.: To view and use this feature, ensure you have the following permissions:
Search Capture permission:
This permission is required to view and access the
tab upon selecting a department from the node.Manage Roles permission:
This permission is required to view and access the
tab from the node.
Any predefined or customized roles with these permissions can access this feature. Review items can be allocated to each reviewer as a specific percentage. The application marks any remaining items as Unassigned.
If any reviewers are removed, the application displays an icon next to their name as a notification. You must then edit the reviewer assignment settings to redistribute their items among other reviewers in the same department. If you do not reassign the percentage for the removed reviewer, that percentage will be considered Unassigned. The old items for the reviewer will remain with the removed user, who can no longer review them, so you will need to reassign them in the
tab.The application allows you to assign review items to reviewers at both the application level and the department level:
