Configuring a percentage of review items to reviewers within the department

To configure a percentage of review items to reviewers within the department

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Departments.
  2. Click Review Assignment and access the Configuration tab.

    The list of department reviewers appears, showing the percentage of assigned review items for each reviewer.

  3. If the department-level setting is disabled, on the action bar, click Enable Department Setting to enable it. Refer to the sample image below.

  4. On the action bar, click Edit to open the Edit Configuration dialog box.

  5. To configure the percentages for the required reviewers, select any of the following allocation methods as needed:

    • Assign equally to all reviewers - Automatically distribute the percentages evenly among the reviewers. The Unassigned row will have 0%.

    • Custom Assignment - Manually distribute items by assigning a defined percentage to specific reviewers. When this option is selected, the values in the Percentage Allocation column become enabled for modification. Adjust the values as needed. See Custom assignment scenarios.
