Opening Windows services

You can use several methods to open Windows services to manage the Arctera System Recovery Agent.

To open Windows services

  1. Do one of the following:

    • On the Windows Control Panel, click Administrative Tools > Services.

    • On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.

      In the Open text field, type services.msc, and then click OK.

  2. Under the Name column, scroll through the list of services until you see Arctera System Recovery (the name of the agent).

    Its status should be Started.
