Refreshing the information that displays about hard disk configuration changes
Use Refresh to update the drive information that is displayed in various views of the product. This feature is useful when hard disk configurations have changed but the changes do not immediately appear in Arctera System Recovery. For example, adding hard disk space or creating a partition.
When you use Refresh, Arctera System Recovery scans all attached hard disks for any configuration changes. It also updates information on removable media, media drives, hard drives, file systems, and hard drive letters.
To rescan a computer's hard disks
- On the View menu, click Refresh.
The status bar at the bottom of the product's window indicates when the scanning takes place.
