Preparing to manage the backups of client computers
Before you can begin to manage backups of computers on a network or a remote location, you must first ensure that the following configurations occur. Certain components must be installed to the resource targets you want.

Step 3 | Install the Veritas System Recovery Plug-in or the Veritas System Recovery Linux Edition Plug-in. See Installing the Veritas System Recovery Plug-in on computers. |
Step 4 | Install Veritas System Recovery 21,Veritas System Recovery 21 Linux Edition, or LightsOut Restore 21. |
