Configuring the /etc/hosts file for mapping of S3 users
You need to add entries to the /etc/hosts file for mapping host names to IP addresses for mapping of S3 users to the DNS server.
To configure the /etc/hosts for mapping of S3 users
- Add the following two entries to the
/etc/hosts
file:127.0.0.1 - s3.clustername
This is the S3 URL.
Management Console IP - admin.clustername
This is the Admin URL.
You can see these entries in the Access command-line interface by using the ObjectAccess > show command.
