Configuring a replication job
Create a collection of all the directories and the files within a file system that you want to replicate into a replication unit. Select a replication link and create a schedule for replicating the data at specific intervals or sync the data on demand. A replication job includes replication units and the replication job has a schedule.
To configure a replication job
- Prerequisites:
Set up a virtual IP address between the source and the target cluster.
Create a replication link.
- Click File Systems, and select a file system for which you want to run replication.
- Click Replication > Configure Replication Job.
- Step through the Configure Replication Job wizard tasks.
- View the Recent Activity panel for the status of the task.
