NetBackup status code: 8302
Explanation: If the data-in-transit encryption is enabled for the backup operation, the data-in-transit attribute of the backup image cannot be updated to reflect the data-in-transit encryption status. As a result of this requirement, the backup fails.
Recommended Action: Perform the following:
Ensure that the bpdbm service is running on the primary server and there is connectivity between the media server and the primary server.
Retry the operation and if the issue persists, visit support.veritas.com. The Veritas Technical Support website offers additional information to help you troubleshoot this issue. If you do contact Veritas Technical Support, you need to have the media server bpbrm logs available to help troubleshoot the issue.
