Explanation: This issue happens because the NetBackup service user does not own the NetBackup certificate store (/usr/openv/var/global/cloudpoint
) and so the user does not have permissions for this path.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Add or modify the CloudPoint server configuration using the tpconfig command. Run the tpconfig command as a root user. This action re-assigns the ownership of the root certificate path or the certificate file to the NetBackup service user.
Review and re-assign the ownership and permissions for the NetBackup certificate store (
/usr/openv/var/global/cloudpoint
) to the NetBackup service user.
