NetBackup status code: 7877
Explanation: This issue can happen because of one of the following:
No Linux media server available.
The Linux media server does not have NetBackup version 9.1.2 or newer installed.
Any supported media server not available at the time of scan.
Unable to get details of media server.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Upgrade the media server to version 9.1.2 or newer.
Check if the media server OS is Linux.
Check if the supported media server is available and has connectivity to the master server. Refer to the NetBackup Administrator's Guide, Volume I for more details.
