Exporting items

You can export items to a .pst, .nsf, or .zip file depending on the type of archive. For example, if you have items archived from Domino you may export items to .nsf files.

Note:

Your administrator must configure Enterprise Vault Search to allow exporting items.

To export items

  1. Select the items in the results pane.

    To select multiple adjacent items, select the first item, hold Shift, and select the last item.

    To select multiple nonadjacent items, hold Ctrl and select the items.

  2. Right-click the items, point to Export and choose the required export format.
  3. Depending on your browser settings, one of the following may happen:

    • The item is saved to the download location that is specified in the browser.

      You can open the item from the download location.

    • The File Download dialog box opens.

      You can click either Open or Save.
