Choosing a starting archive or folder
You can choose the archive or folder that is selected when you open Enterprise Vault Search. By default, Enterprise Vault Search opens with the archive associated with your user name.
To choose a starting archive or folder
- Click your user name at the top right of Enterprise Vault Search.
- Click Preferences.
- At the left of the Preferences dialog box, click General.
- Do one of the following:
Select Last Accessed Archive or Folder.
The next time you open Enterprise Vault Search, the last folder that you accessed is selected.
Select Selected Archive or Folder and then click Choose to select the archive or folder.
Enterprise Vault Search always opens with this archive or folder selected.
