Uninstalling License Management Service on Linux

You can uninstall License Management Service by removing the VRTSlms package first followed by the VRTSsfmh package from the Linux host.

Note:

If License Management Service is installed on a host that has InfoScale Operations Manager, then do not remove the VRTSsfmh package from the host.

To uninstall License Management Service on Linux

  1. Open the operating system console.
  2. On the host, log on as root.
  3. To remove the VRTSlms package, run the following command:

    rpm -e VRTSlms

  4. To remove the VRTSsfmh package, run the following command:

    rpm -e VRTSsfmh

    Ignore this step if License Management Service is installed on a host that has InfoScale Operations Manager.
