APTARE data protection does not display any record

If APTARE backup data protection does not show any records, confirm:

  • APTARE user package is modified and compiled according to the above documentation.

  • APTARE backup client host entry is present in the ServiceNow cmdb database. (Only the APTARE backup that has a matching entry in the ServiceNow cmdb are displayed with their last successful backups on the APTARE backup data protection ServiceNow screen.)

  • ServiceNow cmdb has the entries for the backup client with the same name and IP address, and they exist in the APTARE backup manager.
