APTARE data protection does not display any record
If APTARE backup data protection does not show any records, confirm:
APTARE user package is modified and compiled according to the above documentation.
APTARE backup client host entry is present in the ServiceNow cmdb database. (Only the APTARE backup that has a matching entry in the ServiceNow cmdb are displayed with their last successful backups on the APTARE backup data protection ServiceNow screen.)
ServiceNow cmdb has the entries for the backup client with the same name and IP address, and they exist in the APTARE backup manager.
