Issue: Backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow

If backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow, first check if those failures are being populated into the source table (apt_job_ticket) in the APTARE database.

  • If the source table is not being populated, ensure the ServiceNow Alert is configured and enabled.

  • If job records are present, check if:

    • There were errors reported with connectivity/credentials for the MID Server.

    • The scheduled import is running.

    • The transform map had errors.

    • Ensure the MID server is started and running.
