1 - Verify certificate, but ignore any host name mismatches.

2 - (Default) Do not verify certificate.

This registry value is not created automatically. It is applicable only when the registry value CModeServerTransportStyle is set to use HTTPS.

Description

Specifies whether the ONTAPI Management API should ignore certificate validation.

To verify the server certificate that is issued to the NetApp C-Mode server, make sure that the certificate of the certificate issuing authority is in the cacert.pem file in the Enterprise Vault installation folder.

Set the value to 1 to verify the certificate, but ignore any mismatch that is found between the host name specified in the certificate and the host name of the management LIF.
