Support for regional endpoint in Amazon Web Services

NetBackup 10.5 now supports STS regional endpoint in Amazon Web Services. Amazon Web Services recommends the use of STS regional endpoint instead of global endpoints. For more information, see the NetBackup Snapshot Manager for Cloud install and Upgrade Guide.
