Support of SSL/TLS for Proxy Service

With this release, for Azure-based VM deployments, NetBackup Snapshot Manager provides support for SSL/TLS for Proxy Service. Proxy certificates must be added in the NetBackup Snapshot Manager trust store for communication between NetBackup Snapshot Manager and the proxy server.
