Support of disk type Premium SSD v2 for NetBackup Snapshot Manager Microsoft Azure plug-in

The following describes the associated support changes with this release:

  • NetBackup Snapshot Manager Microsoft Azure Plug-in supports disks of Premium SSD v2 (PremiumV2_LRS). For more information, see the NetBackup Snapshot Manager for Cloud Install and Upgrade Guide.

  • NetBackup does not support indexing of VHDX disks (Azure Ultra disks, Premium SSD v2 with a 4K sector size) and granular restore. For more information, see the NetBackup Cloud Administrator's Guide.
