Updates to the nbdb2adutl command

NetBackup 10.5 includes updates to the nbdb2adutil command. The command now includes enhanced access controls as well as added capabilities for query and extract of database backup images. Additionally, it now requires a bpnbat logon to use the command. Refer to the nbdb2adutil command in the NetBackup Commands Reference Guide for additional details.
