Malware scan improvements

  • Ansible script for scan host configuration is available on gitHub:

  • New functionality: Validate configuration

    This functionality provides support to check for any configuration issues after adding or updating the scan host.

  • For validation of scan host, scan host entries must be saved again after upgrading to NetBackup version 10.4 from versions 10.2 and below.

  • The latest version of NetBackup Malware Scanner 2.4 is available on the Download Center. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version.
