Patching mechanism for primary and media servers

NetBackup 10.4 provides the ability to patch container deployments of primary, media and PostgreSQL containers.

Patching introduces the ability for customers to patch images in a Kubernetes native way by specifying the image tags for respective containers using the serviceImageTag field of the environment.
